The Runway of Inishbofin should be marked as closed as it is not yet finished because they have run out of money.
The closed runway markings can be seen in Google Earth/Maps

I added [X] to the name to indicate it is a closed airport. I will leave this bug report open in case we add closed runway markings to WED (an existing feature request).
