In the standard as well as in your Scenery Pack, no runways and ILS are displayed in the X-Plane 530

This is a known problem with the Navigraph data that they have fixed for the next cycle (2309): https://forum.navigraph.com/t/ybas-taylored-procedure-minim2-yothu-missing-turn-direction/12998
