Please correct airport name for ICAO code LZRU from "Liskova" to "Ruzomberok".

Julian, when you get a moment, would you mind performing this rename? (I confirm that in the real world, Liskova airport has been renamed Ruzomberok.)

This airport already has the name 'Ruzomberok' on the Gateway and the latest/recommended submission (from artist 'redwood') also has the correct name in the blob. Therefore, no action was taken.
