Scenary not loading correctly

While testing out the scenary for 11.55, i get an error message saying "There was a problem loading the scenary package". Then the airport just doesnt have the new runway "25L".

    all scenery updates since the past ~2 years are only compatible with XP12.
    XP11 scenery is frozen and no longer updated

    Should've downloaded this scenery before XP12
