    I don't know why that I can't upload or fill out the Airport Identifier.

    currently no airport with an identifier ZGXX exists on the gateway. this suggests you may want to add a completely new airport to the gateway. in this case you first need to file a bug report 'New Airport Code Request' asking for a new airport with ICAO code ZGXX to be added to the gateway database. once the bug report/request is approved you can submit new scenery for this airport
