The correct ICAO code for Gao Dabolim is VOGO, not VAGO

I dont know how you would go to fix this, but if you wish, I just downloaded the content of "VAGO", If you create new ICAO code for VOGO, I can go ahead, and correct the ICAO and resubmit. Then afterwards, the incorrect ICAO code VAGO can be tossed.
