Code modified to follow our NOTAMs guidelines:
X (for fictitious code) + country ICAO prefix + IATA or local aviation authority code.
Please confirm.

Sorry about the dyslexic typing the correct airport identifier shoud have been CST3 not CTS3 for this request

Saint Lazare Coupers Aviation is in FS X and can be seen in Google Earth there are two runways 02 20 30' wide by 2662' long paved and 08 26 60' wide by 2300' long grass. Just started X plane 3 weeks ago have created these strips and they work but can't up load it

Hi FlynBrian,
Please make sure you are using the latest version of WED. You will need to have registered on the Scenery Gateway as an artist and use your username/password to submit the scenery through WED. Make sure you are using the code it was approved under (XCYCST3). (Note that you can add the TCLID "CST3" in the metadata fields in WED so it can still be found in X-Plane by that code.)
If you continue having problems please explain what you are trying step by step, as specific as possible.
