This airport appears to only have an FAA identifier. Our guidelines in these cases are: X (for fictitious code--no ICAO exists) + country ICAO prefix + IATA or local aviation authority code.
XKDE26 would be the result. The FAA code can be added in metadata and used to find the airport in X-Plane 11.
