Neither Bing or Google maps show anything like a grass runway there. Appears to only be fields.

Yes, I know you've linked to that site. It does not appear to be an official (government) site.
I actually tracked down the registry of airports and airstrips from Poland's ULC.gov and it is not listed there, either by EPHN or Narew.
Nor is it included in the US's list here from faa.gov.
