ICAO code for Woodstock Airport in CT has changed from 01B to 64CT.

According to Airnav, 01B belongs to Tippecanoe seaplane base. I have created a new page for 64CT and updated the information to be for Tippecanoe on 01B. Please upload your scenery there on the correct identifier.
