Airport is misaligned. Can be seen:
a) using satelite imagery
b) checking road positions vs airport runways/taxiways/buildings(they don't match up)

    I do confirm this is a problem. The runway 15 treshold is about half a runway width from where it should be.

    The error is less pronounced on the other end of the runway.
