The official name of the Airport is- Chandigarh International Airport.

    This can be changed by editing the airport name field in WED & uploading the corrected version.

    Well I did in my previous upload but the moderator Jullian rejected the whole aiport saying the name should be just Chandigarh

    Right - please submit the airport again to the Gateway with the name set to 'Chandigarh International'. I believe the most recent submission had an autogen tree incursion, so some work may be required there as well.

    Note that airport names should not be prefixed with the ICAO code or followed with the word 'Airport'

    Can you please tell me where the tree issue is. I covered most of the building's where there were tree,roads etc in exclusion zone. Where did I miss?

    Hi, thanks.. Something is wrong, is it the last latest uplaoded version? Because this was the beta and I later added a lot of buildings and taxiways along with the exclusion zones in my final upload.
    Anyway I will upload it again tomorrow I am using xplane version 11 btw.

    @CaptAmar, one thing to watch out for (I often forget) is that you have to set the specific things you want the exclusion zone to block. If you don't set trees, roads, buildings, etc explicitly, it won't do actually anything. Just in case that's the issue here.

    could also be that the exclusion zone does not cover the entire 'block' of houses. if a portion of the block is not excluded, I believe the entire block still renders.

    Hi Julian...
    I checked it thoroughly and I feel its some sort of rendering issue in your system as my side no autogen stuff was goin on and exclusion zones were properly working. Still I added couple or more exclusion zones around the Airport and rest of objects and taxiways. Also upgarded the service cargo area building and taxiway signs to make it more cool as per real airport. I have uploaded it with official name
    Let me know if theres anything wrong
    Working now on VOBL, Bengaluru Airport, very huge and more complex

    Thanks jullian lets make it awesome for Indians too.. a lot of new international state
    of the art airports yet to be updated will work on them
