PAPI lights angles

The angles for PAPI lights have been adjusted. They are now as follows: RWY 15 - 3.1° , RWY 33 - 3.3°.

    Not sure if Robin is able to control the PAPI angles.

    No. PAPIs are part of the WED design.

    • I do control the glide-slope angle, though, if there is an ILS, which is usually (not always) aligned to the PAPI/VASI angles.
    • I will try to see if the GS angle changed here at EFNG

    I've added PAPI angles of 3.1 degrees in line with latest AIP documentation for both runway thresholds. This is part of my general upgrade efforts for this airport.
