That heliport does have a designated ICAO code. In the docs it's called "Trondheim/St. Olav's Hospital"

    Proof page: https://ais.avinor.no/no/AIP/View/26/aip/EN_GEN_2_4_en.pdf

And I'll upload a decent 3D model of it once that's been taken care of.

That is a list of local designators by the Norwegian aviation authorithy.

Its not the International Civil Aviation Organization - they usually only care about airports with at least a few thousand passengers a year and regular, scheduled passenger service.
The relevant document is ICAO Document 7910 or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airports_by_IATA_and_ICAO_code and this airport is not on that list.

@Michael Minnhaar: Ok, fine. Did you notice that the Wikipedia list you linked to contains oil rigs? (Gullfax C for example) Wikipedia's various lists of airports and heliports also contains outdated codes and other inconsistencies as well, you shouldn't blindly trust them.
