The localizer for KLGA runway 31 is off by several degrees. Charts show it perfectly aligned to the runway but in X Plane 11 is off by around 8 degrees or so.

    The LOC 31 approach at KLGA is +not +aligned with the runway. It is offset from the runway by just under 2 degrees. The Jeppesen charts show a runway heading of 314 and a localiser bearing of 316. I have made a minor correction to this offset. This will be in the next data release.
