The airport reference point of this airport is miles away from the airport at the opposite shore of the Galway bay. This causes the airport symbol to be shown far away from where the airport is.
The correct ARP is
53.2305556 -9.4683333

Declared fixed by Gateway community, and will be included in the next export of Gateway airports to X-Plane.
