Runway 10/28 at wrong location

The x-plane runway 10/28 at Merida Intl in Mexico does not match its real world location. Interestingly enough, the ILS glideslope DOES align you where the runway is supposed to be and not where it is in x-plane.

    checked with 2 different sets of sat images --appears ok position wise and ils is ok too.
