RWY 04 had an extension added to lengthen it.
The new location of the ILS antennas are 34.440967, -103.060967
Earth_nav.dat - line 959 should read -> 4 34.44096700 -103.06096700 4213 10890 18 45.477 ICVN KCVN K2 04 ILS-cat-I

    Thanks! The update to KCVN ILS 04 will be included in the next release of X-Plane that includes updated ILS data. - Robin
