When trying to find a bug that I had previously submitted I received the following message when I clicked the "Show Closed Bugs" checkbox:

Error loading submitted issues:

Status:undefined

    Hi Daniela,

I no longer see an error if I check the box to view closed bugs, but I also don't see all the closed issues.

In particular, I had a user ask me about WED-1232 Closed , and I did not see it on the first page of Scenery tools bug reports. It looked like the issues were roughly in chronological order with newest first, so I had expected to see it near to the top.

@jroberts that's because WED-1232 Closed is on not in CLOSED status.

So is there a reason we don't show bugs of status "merged to release"? Not showing certain statuses means users can't figure out what's going on with their bugs. This one has disappeared from their view.

No, no reason at all, it’s just that is a state that was not foreseen when the feature was developed, probably because there was a different Jira workflow in place.

I didn’t modify it because I thought every bug once it was solved would end in a CLOSED status anyways; right now for me MERGED TO RELEASE means it’s merged on the branch, but it’s not on the final product that the user sees, so for the user it’s not “closed” but still open (even though the bug is missing from the “open” section too).

We can change that if you feel it's better for the user.
