KMMV is located in the wrong plance

The airport location for KMMV (McMinnville, OR) is incorrect in the latest version of X-Plane 11, cycle 1708. When executing the ILS22 approach into KMMV the plane is taken to a location a few blocks north of the actual airport as shown in the scenery. Navigraph cycle 1908 has it correctly placed when I switch to using their data rather than X-Plane 11 data in LittleNavmap. KAST is also slightly out of alignment in X-Plane. When showing custom information about KMMV when choosing which runway to use for startup the display doesn't show the airport diagram, just a bundle of runway numbers

In stock XP11.34 and 11.35b5 the airport looks fine in the map as well as startup selection views. The navaids are aligned perfectly, 3nm and 10nm finals start exactly where they suppose to. So there is no problem with this scenery, which hasn’t changed in a long time.
