This is Rainelle, West Virginia. Xplane has it as Leon (also West Virginia). Leon does not have an ICAO code but has an FAA id of W07. In summary, WV30 (ICAO) needs to be changed to W07 (FAA).

Airport identifier-code changes are accomplished by re-submitting the airport to the Gateway. The primary (original) X-Plane Airport ID must remain the same, but the appropriate metadata (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.) should be inserted (or removed) in WED, and the modified airport uploaded to the Gateway.
