      Redid from scratch, original had taxiways on the wrong side. Also runways have since been extended. There is a lake in the base map which doesn't exist in real life, and the main terminal is located on part of it, so I've put some green grass around the main terminal area. VMK VOR needs to be repositioned (base data has it next to the main terminal whereas it is supposed to be on the opposite side of the runway), and (non-existent in real-life) AM NDB should be deleted as it's in the middle of the runway.
