42S in Poplar, MT has been closed. It has been replaced by Poplar Municipal Airport, PO1, which is a few miles north and is the airport in the sim and the airport represented in the Gateway as 42S.
Airport identifier-code changes are accomplished by re-submitting the airport to the Gateway. The primary (original) X-Plane Airport ID must remain the same, but the appropriate metadata (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.) should be inserted in WED, and the modified airport uploaded to the Gateway.

MediumRare, Yes, I know all that. However hard I try, the correct information never reaches the gateway database. It's the FAA that assigns ids not Laminar. Larminar can assign a number if they like but when there is a clear case of a name change, 24S should be deleted and PO1 added. I'm done with this and fully frustrated. Take the issue on Medium Rare and see if you have better luck.

This is the old airport designation. Another version of the same airport exists on the gateway as P01.
42S 's name has been changed to PO1. Gateway doesn't have entry for PO1 (Pee Oh One). Please change the name of 42S to PO1. Tnx
