      Update to the private airpark Borrego Ranch... Refined the runway environments. Added some basic airport flows that favor 08/26 except when the crosswind comonent exceeds 10knots (more or less). Taxiways are also the driveways and roads for vehicles. As such, couldnt do ground routes for airport traffic, and had to exclude autogen roads within the airpark. Structures andobjects are very close to the runways, so is vegatation, as per the orthophotos. Since this is a private field, i am guessing regulations are not applied the same way. Also, many of the surface markings are non-standard and inconsistent. Runway 18/36 is essentially just another neighborhood road being used as an alternate runway.
