Airport identifier-code changes are accomplished by re-submitting the airport to the Gateway. The primary (original) X-Plane Airport ID must remain the same, but the appropriate metadata (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.) should be inserted in WED, and the modified airport uploaded to the Gateway.
I'm not sure exactly where to report this issue, but the X-Plane identifier XK000T (Ohio County) is a duplicate airport of this X-Plane identifier of 7K4 which has recommended scenery. I noticed this while searching for Wanted Airports. Regards.
