What version of X-plane are you using? According to blog"X-Plane 11.20b1 is the first beta that includes non-VR improvements. Full release notes are here, but a non-comprehensive short list of the most exciting additions is: Gateway airport, Terminal Kit additions and Customizable Jetway Kit.If your version is earlier than 11.20b1, the terminal kit will not work.
The initial terminal kit was introduced with X-plane 11.11, which is the current latest offcial released version. You will have to upgrade to that version to use all content available from the gateway.
The scenery gateway is not suposed to accept any submissions with art assets newer than the latest official release, but aparently this happened over here - the ...Ground_04.fac was added in the not yet officially released version of XP11.20.
So here you'll have to upgrade to the current "beta" version XP11.20r2. But since its very close to being declared the final and official version - thats about as good as any official released version is.

I have Steam X-Plane 11 which it is currently version 11.10

You're right, as per Log I was running 11.11r2 even Starting page was showing 11.10. Upgrading to 11.20r2 fixed term the issue. Thank you!
