If you type EGDC into the XP11.11 search window - the airport comes up and you can start there.
The 3D submission here on the gateway is only a week old, so the 3D buildings are not included in the XP11.10 and XP11.11 versions that came out several months ago. So you have to download that updated scenery yourself before you can see those right now.
Thanks for downloading this file. I have just downloaded it from the gateway after removing the original build from my X-plane directory. It is loading fine for me so I'm not sure what would cause this.
The only time I have had issues with airports loading was when I upgraded to 11.10. I had to delete the default apt.dat and re-downloaded. Have looked through some other airport issues and another build for HEGN points to FMC data needing updated.
according to Xplane 11 v 10 this Airport is not in the database, even thoy it shows it on the internal map.

Airport in database and show's on map but not found in fms/gps using latest Airac.
EGDC in scenery and on map but not found in
fms/gps using Airac 1820
You have marked this report as Done, It is Not,
Airport is in Scenery and on Map But not in
GPS/FMS.

EGDC does show up in the GPS/FMS for a airplane whichs runway requirements allow it to show this airport. Test for example with the default C172 or Baron 58.
If it doesn't show up as an airport in your airplane, the airplane has longer runway requirements than the <6000ft longest runway. For more information, see https://developer.x-plane.com/2017/05/suddenly-surrounded-by-heliports-how-to-configure-airport-criteria-for-aircraft/
