    Big upgrade. Modern design features deployed. Airport name changed to be compliant with AIP documentation. Excludes deleted and reapplied for some fine tuning. Control tower viewpoint checked, and trees chopped down to ensure full runway line of sight. Flatten remains on, even though it's taken out a nearby mountain. Hopefully fixed with a mesh recut. Boundary simplified in line with modern guidelines.

    Improved upon version by User123. Updated ATC frequencies. Added new ramp with markings. Added missing heliports. Lots of things mistakenly named taxiways, split them into buildings and pavement categories and named them properly. Made exclusion zones exclude objects as well.
