You will need to download World Editor and edit the scenery directly, either by deleting the building object or replacing it with something else. Here is the scenery development page with the manual and resources to help you get started with scenery editing & creation.
In my scenery for Stokmarknes Skagen there is a huge building in front of the tower.

Are you sure you have the right airport noted? This airport is tiny with no tower and no building.
