Thanks! But, the FMMI ILS 11 looks correct, and aligned with the runway, in my data (true bearing of 98.88 degrees). This seems correct, since the published final approach is 114 degrees magnetic, with a magnetic variation of 15 degrees West.

ILS course course is generated at the correct location but the course angle is about 5 degrees less than the 115 degree it should be.
