That just means the runway is too short for the airplane you are trying to load the flightplan in. Airplanes are configured with a minimum runway length and minimum surface quality. ID67 only has a 1300ft dirt runway. If you load ID67 in the C172 it works fine. But if you try to load it in a bigger airplane like a King Air, it will be rejected.

Loading flight plan with ID67 as destination x-Plane 12.09 gives a destination error, yet airport is shown as in the default gateway airports.
