      XP12 update. Deleted exclusions zones. Removed polygons and objects outside of airport boundary as this is a municipal airport, not military (Air National Guard facility and grounds. Should we include the National Guard area with helis? Your call, I'll be happy to return and add these.) Updated pavement and buildings. Added runway markers for Rwy 02/20. Not sure how to hanle concrete crossing Rwy 02/20

      Converted crossover taxiway to polygon because taxiway can not show under Rwy 02/20 grass.
