I believe that in XP 10.45RC2 this is the airport for KCCR in the Custom Scenery/Global Airports and my log.txt shows the following error for it:
0:08:11.096 W/SCN: Custom Scenery/Global Airports/Earth nav data/apt.dat:
0:08:11.096 W/SCN: Traffic flow rule of airport KCCR found in file indicated above does not contain a valid 1100 runway use rule. Without runway, the rule is incomplete. I'm ignoring this rule.
I redesigned the Northerly wind traffic flows and added an exclusion zone as per the new airport design rules. I don't know why the log comments about a "1100 runway" since there isn't any such thing as a runway "1100". Current version of WED and Earth nav data used.
@blueshadow, If you look in the apt.dat file you will see that now traffic flows are listed each with 6 lines, with the lines beginning with 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1101, and 1100. Line 1101 has the runway and line 1100 has the "runway use rule", which is what the error said was missing (see above bug report)

PS to my earlier bug report: there are 3 instances of the error, for Northerly IFR and VFR flows, as well as Northwest VFR flow.
