I don't know why the buildings weren't showing but I downloaded the airport even though it said I already had it and now the buildings are showing. Thanks very much, sorry I wasted your time, will investigate more beforehand next time!

Julian, I did a "test flight" and buildings ARE in place. Matt
Roads and runways look normal, there are no buildings at all.
