Localizer IHWY is positioned in the middle of the runway, near the threshold of runway 33 (38.581766, -77.705500). Needs to be positioned here: 38.579037, -77.702541

    Thanks! The update to KHWY ILS 15 will be included in the next release of X-Plane that includes updated ILS data. - Robin
