      Revised: Changed dirt/turf taxiways to "grass" and dirt/turf runways 08/26 and 13/31 to "dry lake bed" so that they can be seen clearly. Added a few concrete barriers around the windsock in place of the rock circle provided by the county. Checked for validation with 17b2
