Well it would need to be updated in both, the runway numbers have changed, so changing them to the current numbers would also require the associated ILS's to need their numbers changed also. As for the elevation that is just a change to the airports elevation.
Just so you're aware, it's a good idea when filing bugs to keep it one-per-report. That way if we are able to fix one thing, but not another, we can update them individually.
So for this one it'd be best to leave this as a report against the scenery inaccuracies, and file a second report to get the NAVAIDs changed.
ETA: Although, the NAVAID changes are definitely dependent on the scenery changes! It wouldn't make sense to change the ILS names until they would match the new runway names.
That is why I put them in one report,they need to be changed together. But if you wish I will file the ILS changes in NAVAIDs.
Just let me know your preference.

I updated the airport. Most issues should be resolved.
