I listed a couple below to keep everything in one place. I can create individual reports for each if needed.

When you start at some Helipads objects such as trees and fences load around them. This is with the default scenery.

Steps: Load up any of the locations below

1st District Police Station - Oi50
State Police Holmdel Helispot - NJ73

IMO it would be very unusual to find a heliport in XP-11 that doesn't have some tree, house, road, etc messing up the pad. The ones you do find that look like helipads have been modified by artists using WED. This link to the unofficial forum might provide some insight: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/141540-unusable-helipads-covered-by-buildingstrees/
The bottom line is you can file bugs, but if you want it fixed you need to learn WED and do it yourself. Once you get the hang of it..its fun and rewarding.

To add some more historic insight to this report:

Many many years ago XPlane incorporated a huge FAA database on helipads and I would estimate about 75% of these thousands of helipads are not existing anymore or have never existed. XPlane simply puts a helipad at the known location.

If one sees (they also show up on the map) helipads, one should check for the real existance of the pad (google maps) and then either file a bug report to get he pad removed from the database or fire up WED and implement correct scenery for it.
