NV74 is the appropriate X-Plane identifier for 'Calvada Meadows'; it's not to be confused with the FAA identifier of 74P.
It's NOT a bug but a classic case of mistaken identifiers.
Please re-read my first comment; I'll explain briefly. The airport identifier for X-Plane, in this case NV74, is not always the same as any real world ICAO or FAA airport code. Many things can contribute to this such as an airport moving, or an identifier already being in use within X-Plane. Any similarity between the X-Plane identifier and a real world identifier is coincidental, although perhaps slightly intentional during early stages of development of XP.
Airport code for Calvada Meadows should be 74P

That's odd. It shows as 74P on the sectional chart.
