      These two turnpads were drawn as draped polygons because they are no longer aircraft movement areas. Runway 15/33 is only open for helicopters now, no one can taxi on the runway or the turnpads. Damaged concrete textures are not available for taxi surfaces, so I decided to simply delete those two shapes.
