Approach lighting for 19R is elevated from ground where blastpad / displaced threshold is, where they should be flush. Blocking access from taxiway A1. Lighting type is appears correct (ALSF-II).

This version has removed the ATC frequencies that used to be present in the default apt.dat.

ATC frequencies restored.
Will update the pack with frequencies and ground equipment soon.
Multiple SID/STAR's missing at multiple airports, RJCC is just one example. This bug is precent using the XP11 default navdata or Navigraphs 1613 or 1701 datasets. See thread on .ORG.

Both airports are adjacent in reality.
