Re-tested in sim upon Julian suggestion. ALL UNNECESARY EXCLUSIONS REMOVED. The only exclusions are to delete a road that in real life is a dirt secondary road that has no traffic and is closed about a mile before reaching the airport. This road is wrong in X-Plane. There are warnings that WED is not showing. I verified the validation.txt file and those warnings were considered and were strictly necessary for realism (only way to put the Beacon in top of the tower, for instance).

Updated with last official flight information from Argentine CAA: Airport is currently undartaking full refurbish from Neuquen Province government: full remake of runway, new taxiway and apron, repairs in terminal building, and more. Airport is reshaped to what it will look like by end of NOV/2023 when works are finished and airport reopened. This airport is NOT controlled and can't get any ATC traffic.
