Could somebody add some metadata for this airport as it should be easily available such as proper ICAO and IATA codes , city etc

Runway 18 ILS misaligned to the right during approach

Checked airport in WED (attached). Runway location appears correct per ESRI imagery, with localizer displaced. ESRI imagery could be offset though.

This is in the source data of the Brazilian authority - they seem to have published the location of the hut where the localizer electronic equipment is in, rather than the location of the antenna.
If I check my real world EFB, it shows exactly the same.

Since this is apparently an error in the real world data, there's nothing we can do about that. You should report this to Navigraph, who in turn can talk to Jeppesen to get this fixed. There's nothing the scenery author can do about this, since the error is in the source data, and needs to be fixed in the data aggregation phase, which is done by Jeppesen. So either the Brazilian ANAC fixes this (if they feel like it), but more likely Jeppesen overrides the data they get from ANAC with their own correction.

NAVAID positions are not controlled by Gateway submissions. These are dependent on periodic and automated navaid data imported from external sources.
