    Updated Vitoria - Goiabeiras airport with the new runway, terminal and other facilities. All ramp starts set with correct usage, including airline codes. Also added lights for the new access roads (not present on the OSM recut) and for Camburi Beach, helping setting the mood for RWY02 approaches.
