My mistyped 'ophaned' should be 'orphaned', by which I mean all military parking positions were not near taxi routes. Any future version of traffic plugins would require taxi routes to accomodate these.
As an aside, I am not sure of the Gateway policy on taxi routes and whether these are required. I find a lot of 'recommended' airports (even recent ones) don't include any. Even small grass/dirt strips come to life with taxi routes.
