The following error occurs when attempting to select an approach procedure.

I checked and all runways are correctly identified in XP12 apt.dat, so I cannot pinpoint how this error occurs. I thought it was something that couldn't occur with a single apt.dat for all airports. My AIRAC is also up-to-date.
