The terraserver image of 2013 shows the runway & tarmack done, but the airport buildings being still constructed. 2015 it looks like its done and in use. IMO the terraserver imagery is so much better than google for such asessments, as its usually way more recent, way more timepoints available.
If you just sign up for their free account, they give you access to almost all zoomlevels they have, its just the watermarks that they keep putting in there. But for any assesment of recent developments, its all you need.
Apologies if my comment was not clear. When I say 'documentation accepted' - what I mean is .. I have accepted the documentation provided in support of this request, and I HAVE created the airport on the Gateway.
