White areas are found in and around ZUNZ. Using XP version 11.20vr1 (64 bit) on Windows 10 machine. See attached picture. The gateway scenery map says this version was included since v11.00.

Recommended submission 50512 renders normally.
The airport requires Always Flatten, otherwise runway 23 cannot be used normally
