FAA lists the identifier as ID82. It is a private grass airstrip owned by the Picabo Livestock Company (I kid you not).

The runway is indeed 3000x100 feet, but the heading is about 102° with a center at about 43.308N 114.06W as visually estimated from Slippy Map and Google Maps.

For new construction at a NEW location: Please file a new airport code request
For an EXISTING airport mis-located in X-Plane: Adjust the airport location and re-submit to the Gateway
For an EXISTING airport with a new identifier: Re-submit the airport to the Gateway. Place new identifier in the meta data-field ONLY (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.)
For an EXISTING airport with an incorrect identifier: Re-submit the airport to the Gateway. Place correct identifier in the meta data-field ONLY (ICAO, FAA, IATA, etc.)
For an EXISTING airport with a NEW name: Re-submit the airport to the Gateway with the name modified as required.

This was fixed, new FAA ID for 1U8 is now ID82. Should be included with one of the next updates to XPlane.
