0) I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this error. I don't know where to find the Scenery Pack ID, either, so I chose the first option (which may not be correct---IDK; I did not see a scenery version anywhere obvious — i.e., the "About" dialog).
1) The runway numbers for KIDA in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States have been renumbered. I see that an issue has already been opened for that, but that the update has not yet been released. In order to practice for my upcoming real-world IFR lesson at KIDA, I downloaded the CIFP_201203.zip from the FAA's website and placed FAACIFP18 into the "Custom Data" folder (as the Readme.txt file in that folder says to do).
When I start X-plane, I get an error message: "BE ADVISED / Loading navigational data failed: / Cycle mismatch between earth_fix.dat (1802) and FAACIFP18 (2013). These files must come from the same data cycle in order to be merged. / Please note that X-Plane 11 is not compatible with navdata files made for X-Plane 10." with an "Understood" button. When I click the "Understood" button, X-Plane exits.
I am using X-Plane 11.50r3 (build 115033 64-bit, OpenGL) under Windows 10.

This document explains it. All the components of the navdata suite must be of the same AIRAC cycle, otherwise one part could reference navaids that are not defined in the other part.
